Can't sleep? Check your exercise schedule!

I started going to gym at 8pm and I noticed I could not fall asleep till 2-3am. I couldn't figure out why I can't sleep. I stopped drinking coffee and it didn't help then my daughter told me that at college people workout late night so they don't feel sleepy. I stopped going to gym at 8 and my sleep was fine. Wow I was totally frustrated. If you can't sleep check your exercise schedule. It worked for me.

I was told a long time ago not to exercise at night because i figured it would be better but I was having a lot of trouble sleeping, I think it is a cae of winding down for the night..

Hey, that is why you send your kids to college, so that they can get smarter than you are. I am glad she could help. When I am tired, not even that will keep me from sleeping. I am sure that this is good advice for many though.
