same with you, they are definitely the first on my list... nothing is more important than my family.. especially we have a small kid.. she has a future ahead of her.. those material things can be found anywhere.. if you lost it, you can just replace it.. but when you lost your family, you can never get another one... that's how important they are...

You get your phone before your family?? Thats a bit odd but id say my family which is most important everything else can be rebought so my family would ahve to go frist.

My two dogs i wouldn't leave them to die in the fire. I'd leash them up as quick as possible and get them out. I love my doggies :)

I actually had a fire at my house a long time ago. It wasn't as bad as it sounds, just stressful. The grill caught on fire and hit the side of the house. I was in my room and all I heard was call 911. I immediately came out of my room to see what was going on. Once I saw or heard what was going on all I could think of was "get kierra" she is my sister, and go outside. So I grabbed her or saw where she was and I ran outside. It happens so fast you can't even remember what happened. I say I grabbed her or saw where she was because I honestly don't remember where she was. I just remmeber waiting outside forever with no shoes on, and just pants and a t-shirt. It was cold out then so I was cold. Thankfully it didn't do much damage. Our insurance covered everything and we got the house back to normal within a couple of days. If it was to happen again I would just make sure that my family was out of the house and get out. Last time I couldn't get my cat and I was worried about him the whole time it was going on. He was fine and still is.

Well, my Ipod goes everywhere with me, lol, so it's no surprise if that's the first thing I grab. That sounds kind of sad when I think about it, but I know my reflexes. We have a fish and a bird in the living room so I'd make sure to grab them. This also includes our three dogs. I know my family well enough to know that the pets are the first things on our minds in case of an emergency.

Well, I would save my family first, my wallet and phone and then a small bag that we have which has all our important stuff which is in a secure location and is easily accessible by us in case of emergencies like a fire.
