So how many of you have a water bottle to work/school
I have not been bringing it and have been feeling very thirsty for the past week.
And now that I FINALLY get one I drank the whole bottle in an hour…
And now I am starting to think that it is a very, very bad idea.
I have been going to the toilet again and again…
I think my team mates are starting to be annoyed.
Lol...
So how about you?
Do you think something like that will affect you the way it did to me?

I usually keep a full bottle of water at my desk at work and just make sure it is empty by the time I leave, I however do not keep count of how many litres of water I have had in a day. When you go to the wash room you will know if you have had less than you should.

Hi there, I always bring along a bottle of plain water with me when going to work or outing especially during hot sunny days. I find it is quite uneasy if I couldn’t find any water to quench my thirst when I need it badly. Anyway a sip of water could make me feel comfortable momentarily
posting and have a nice day.

Hmm... I used to carry it cos it is convenient to have water whenever you need it, rather than to have to hunt for some place that sells drinks to quench my thirst.
Then, as we grow older, our bags that we carry start to shrink as well.
So it was first the large water bottle. Then come the potable bottled water. Then now, nothing at all.
Cos sitting in the office all day, there is a pantry that dispense coffee as much as I can drink them. There is no longer a need to bring one around anymore.

I work from home on the phone, I always have a glass of water by my side, I am carefu as to how much I drink incase I have to keep running to the toilet. If I'm not careful I would drink it very quickly and then re fill it and again drink it "just because its there", so I only sip at it in between phone calls.
