Cold Stone Creamery is my favorite right now, I just love them! Baskin Robbins left me behind eons ago when they stopped carrying the Kahluah Chocolate Cream. I've never had luck with home-made. But, I have found that I like Maggie Moo's pretty well!
Now I want ice cream!!!!

Oh man, I never got there, did you eat it all, or did you save me some? I'll have to squeeze in some time to get over there this week!

I'd have to go with Cold Stone. I love the variety and how you get to mix whatever you want into your ice cream. I like how you can see them put it in. It tastes fresher to have just crumpled cookies in my ice cream that now soggy cookies that have been in there for days. To top it all off, the Cold Stone people sing if you tip them. Great ice cream and entertainment. Can't top that.

Yep, there is. It is regional, so you will not have one, or have heard of it. The dairy is named Braum's. It is based in Oklahoma, has restaurant/dairy stores in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Arkansas, and maybe Missouri, I forget. Strict quality control, raise all their own cattle, process their own meat, make their own ice cream and milk. Good stuff. They are on the web.

I would say home make ice cream really. It seems to be better and have a better taste to it.
