How to reduce ur Belly ?

There is no need of Heavy Excercise A simple technique is there which i evolve on my experience what u have to do is.......... Jus Consciously contract ur abdominal muscles almost every time dont contract heavy contract with average pressure especially after ur meals u should not loose ur abdomin, u should not allow ur belly down, contract it consciously See the Change with in a Month ur abdomin surely it will take shape really it will work out Please share ur views and interpretations about this Topic
