I just finished watching this movie. It has Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter). It is being shown on HBO this month. It is the story of 4 boys being raised in an orphanage, all born in December, going on a summer vacation (they are in Australia) and there is hope of one of them being adopted.
The competition and rivalry among them grows, as they grow and mature through that vacation.
The end though was a real tear jerker.
Has anyone seen this movie, did you like?
Have you heard of this movie before?

Thank you for the recommendation my friend, I will definitely look out for this film it sure sounds great from what you describe. It will be weird seeing Daniel Radcliffe not play Harry Potter, I guess it's so easy to have certain actors typecasted and it will be interesting to see how he plays a different role. Be also interesting to see if it makes Wolfie cry too, there is only one film that makes Wolfie cry and that's Titanic, so thanks again!

Well Daniel Radcliffe is the reason I watched it, I must admit. It was good to see him being a muggle.

I haven't watched many videos lately but that one certainly sounds good, if I get a chance I will check it out.

Hi Debs_place,
That film so really great and I would love to see it but I have never heard of it so I have to get it on DVD, I love tear jerker movies.

I have to be in the mood for most tear jerkers. Remember Love Story - nope....way too sappy. This was good. It also gave some insight into the emotional problems of some adopted or abandoned children.

Love Story? yep I remember it so well I cried bucket, "Love Means Never Having To Say Your Sorry" Boo hoo hoo' I loved Ryan O'neil then from Peyton Place, do you remember the TV series? fantastic.
