What does results mean to you?

Recently, I am reminded that results is 10% talk and 90% walk. What is your view on this statement? I am sure that many of us have achieved results in our life. Did it took you a hard time and effort to achieve? Your story here may help someone half way across the world to learn a new thing or lesson.

Makes since to me - if all you do is talk about doing something it's not going to happen. Hard work and time is the only way I have ever succeeded at anything. A resent example would be my memberships at Associated Content and Helium (two writing sites). I talked and talked about getting busy and posting some of my work but didn't do it (for over a year). Finally just 2 weeks ago I posted some on Helium and I am earning money off them already. I've also submitted to AC but haven't had my articles accepted yet but am pretty sure they will be and then I'll be earning money from them also. Point is; as long as I just talked about doing it I wasn't earning a single penny - once I 'walked' and did something I am earning.

You have always been responding most positively. I enjoyed all your responses all these while. I am writing on Helium too. Not that I am earning a lot but it is accumulating. So I am most encouraged to write more. Thanks for your wonderful response.

Thank you for your compliment and I'm glad I encouraged you. I found your Helium profile from your blog and have added you to my favorite authors over there :) I read a couple of your articles and am very impressed - you really should write more.

You are most welcome. I am also in the walk and learning to enjoy it.
