i think i found out what one of my bunnys are

i had my 2 bunny's now for a while now but they are to young at the time to tell what they are well i pick up the oldest bunny and look and its privet part was bigger than it use to be and really red so than i pick up the bunny again and look at it and the big red spot was goin i dont have no clue what that was but now it is goin and now it look like a y shap i dont know if that is a girl bunny or not pleases help and than i pick up the other bunny and that bunny did not have nothing like that you could not even see on that one i pick up last i guess that one was the youngest one do you have any ideas please help
