Some Person purloined a purple pitcher I had on my porch! It was just a plastic purple pitcher, but I used it to pour water over my plants. It was a pretty purple, too. Now I'm blue. Boo hoo.

What a pitty that you had your plastic purple pitcher purloined. I can understand why you would feel peeved. Possibly even perturbed. Please try to pick yourself properly up off the pavement, pluck the dirt off your pants and carry on to the nearest Pikes where you can pick up and pay for a new plastic purple pitcher. May I suggest a Pea Shooter or a pellet pistol the next time some person tries to purloin your plastic purple pitcher from your porch?

Perhaps I should point out that there is a paucity of Pikes in my proximity...

Well, poo. Perhaps I will just have to ponder further other ways for you to purchase a pretty new plastic purple pitcher for your porch. Per chance, might you know the perp from which your could purloin your plastic purple pitcher back from?

I'm so sorry for coming in so late. It's sad to hear this. But time is a great balm and I think you might have overcome your loss already.

Hey barbara, I'm sorry about your purple pitcher. That is really mean. The thought that someone actually had the nerve to come up on your porch and take it is very upsetting in itself. I don't like the fact that someone got that close to your personal property, let alone took the pitcher. I have this thing about someone entering one's private space. I had a wallet stolen from my handbag years ago and it really was very unnerving to me that someone went in my office draw, took out my bag, went through it and took my purse and through the bag behind the file cabinet. It was the thought that someone touched my stuff! I've had other things stolen from my home by my "so called friends" too, but I won't even get into that. People just have no respect to other peoples things! That is very sad!

It is sad, especially as it was just an ordinary thing. I had someone take a hanging solar light from my porch a few years ago. And at the last place I lived, someone took a potted plant off my porch. Thanks for your concern. I'm sorry about your purse.
