Who pays the cell phone bills among lovers - Male or female?

I am a girl, but I don't think it's boy's duty to pay the bill. When we are in love with each other, we can go dutch and after marriage, maybe the couple should share the expenses.

either of the partner paying the bills in/after marriage is common because they pool up the incomes, budget it, plan it, and run the family. so it thier money and not his or her money. i do not know about others but this is what we have been doing and my parents, sister, brother etc. etc., well, but in love i will really not agree a guy to pay bills for the girl. yes, he should help her if she has financial crunches, but not pay her bills regularly. let her do it herself for herself. else stop long phone chats and limit her calls by prepaid. why should she or he thrust their bills onto the other? let them earna nd learn budgeting, plannig right from their young age.

Of course, since married people share everything, this should include all expenses whatsoever. If the couple decided to get that mobile phone plan, then it is already decided as well that they'll be getting the payment of which from their savings. In the case of bf-gf relationship.. uhmmm.. I'm not really sure about paying the other's cellphone bill, unless one really wants to, I mean, wholeheartedly, I think that would be fine. But even so, I'm not really sold out to such idea...

Alwasy girls take a ADDON card with boy and ultimately knowingly or unknowingly boy are happy to give a addon card and end up in paying the bills. And i too experienced in most of the cases boys tends to pay and even calling also always done from boys side...i am very seen very less girls here making outgoing calls..it seems because girls are always very strict on using their own money

well personally i wont ever mind paying my sweetheart's bills!
