How do you handle stress?

When you have a really stressful day how do you diffuse it or take it out of your sysrem?Everyday in life we face problems and sometimes we get stressed in solving those problems and finding out the solution to it.After your day is finished from school or work how do you relax andrelease stress?Have a nice day.

if the stress is physical then after a long tiring day, after any work the stress can be released by taking a little rest and also by spending some time with family and have a word with them , smile and fun with them. but if the stress is mentally connected then it cannot be released by any method till the problem is solved. and hence solving the problem itself provides the release of mental stress.

Hello! In the present day world every body is under tension.No body is free from stress,physically and mentally.To over come this situation indulge in talk to your friends and near and dear ones.Vent your feelings and emotions to them.verbalize your problems.The more you bottle up,the more you will find it difficult to find hope.Avoid polarizing your thoughts.Go for a walk either to a park or to sea beach and come close to nature and feel the texture of petals and feel the sands on the beach,and appreciate God's creations.come home,take a deep breath and visualize all that you just saw and felt.Also try to meditate fo some time daily as that will give you much relief.Have good diets.Diets sweetened with honey may be beneficial in decreasing stress as honey is the right cure for stress.And lastly laugh away the troubles than the life will be easy to live.thanx.

When stress, I going to sleep. If I cannot sleep I go cycling. Other people eat a lot when she got stress. (Now I'm stress because I cannot reply this question more than five lines. Hmmm how to avoid such stress?. I think just relax and do nothing)

I destress myself by listening to music, spending time with friends and family and sleeping.For me different types of stresses require different methods to release it completly.i cant listen to music when i am physically stressed.i cant sleep properly when my mind is stressed so i listen to music or spent time with friends.Well now i have found a new way to destress, my lot.
