Do you get offended when you are critizised by someone?

What is usual reaction when someone critizised your work or how you look?Do you take it as being offensive or do you handle it by taking it as a challenge to improve on what they critizised you for?We all have experinced being critizised and some people just cant handle it and cry or even worse.So how about you?How do you handle it?Have anice day.

sometimes but usually i take it as challenge... negative turns to positive...

I usually take criticisms positively no matter how negative the person may have delivered it. I try to improve if I see that I really need to work on it. I am (and have been) an open-minded person and have always welcomed comments and suggestions (even at work.) Probably the only time I'd react is if they involve the use of foul language to criticize me. That would be the time I'd say my piece. I won't allow anyone to degrade me in that manner.
