A General Rant - the list

this is a general rant about my experience's of mylot believe me the expletives are neccesary f$%^%$ notifications always goin on the blink. G$% D%$# F*&%^# posts disapearing after 30mins Fu*%$#$%#$#$%$#$$%^%%$##$%%$## mutha f%$#$% typing. posting discussions that hardley ever get #$#**& answered (to the one's that do, thank you you know who you are) Religious Wacko's, Nutjobs, who continually play the broken record "I'm right etc, you deserve not live etc because I'm right" yeah I know allright !!!! Being mistaken for a f$#%^% Troll! WTF WTF WTF seeing good people get taken out by $^%&&^^%%$##%^&*&*^%$$ ( insert name as necessary) People not responding to their own f##### discussions!! Not being able to use more than three emoticons!!!! there isn't an emoticon for what I'm feelin!!!Is there an emticon for I want to chop it up and fire it out of a Cannon? Not being online at home,which means I miss out on all the good stuff ahhhhhh thats better, I thought I was gonna have a seizure!! please feel free to join in.......

I posted a discussion yesterday about sweating the small stuff. It may be a big deal to you, but I see it all as small stuff. Calm down, you are going to give yourself a stroke, and everything on your list will still continue I take Mylot in stride, because it is not a relative part of my life, I do it for enjoyment, and what it is, it is. Take a deep breath, and hopefully it will get better for you here at Mylot. For your rant about posts disappearing, I hope your post does not disappear, because of your pseudo expletives. Have a great day, and tomorrow will be better

Hi sudalunts! thank you for your calming advice, I hope some people can see the humour in my post, but sometimes they're is nothing like a good rant. My post should stay up (i think).if I swear (it depends on the company and the topic) I always self censor because it is least likely to offend, and people know how animated I am.

It seems that nothing much has changed in four years Actually, some things HAVE changed. I think we now have a MUCH more effective and approachable Admin than we did then.

You are going to have to come out of your shell jimbo and tell us what you really think. em]lol[/em] Most boards have html or bb code on them so you can add your own pictures or emoticons if you wish. I guess there is none of that available in the posts, just a limited capacity to add one limited size picture per post which appear in a thumbnail at the end. It would make the posts better if there could be graphics posted in the body.

Hi Mariposaman! the emoticon issue has kinda taken a back seat to the other stuff that is wrong with Mylot - my rant just kept on goin!! I've embedded HTML on my profile so I can play cool tunes, Mykl J had a really good post on how to get the player and configure it. Thanks for responding- and if you want to come back and have a rant - feel free coz I love a good rant!!

Ooooooo I found something else to rant about!! There's a mystery tagger - wow - tagging other peoples posts with ineffectual garbage is the most sumpreme way of geting your point across.... well if you happen to be the chief of CrazyTown!! I look forward to meeting them and having a discussion with them.. I will listen to that person as long as they don't try to insult me. its as simple as that,

Someone was doing that some time ago (some time is a matter of a few months as that is only how long I have been around here.) They would fill up the tags with less than flattering comments.

I would be happy with religious nutjobs I am so tired of the petty childish trolls who steal people's identity I mean seriously they act like a bunch of wild animals I feel like a freaking zoo keeper trying to keep track of all the animals

ohh goody were all gonna get a incentives package woop whoop woooo ! just sort ot the notifications, the hackers, the nutjobs, the stars, the tagging something you dont respond to, the (-) button(they might as well call it the 'can't generate a comeback' buton). get some proper moderators - Mylot your reputation as a good administator is growing (which I'm very pleased about), now create a moderator who is online and available - so that people with grievances can be heard. and please dont share my info with anyone(but you already do)

yes I am ok I apologise I have not had much time I have been challenging the local Board of Education most of my online time is spent researching similar cases and dress codes of the surrounding area offline time is spent surveying the community to rally support
