i spent my Sunday afternoon reading a book that i have started like a week ago. it was a romance novel and the girl has cystic fibrosis. while i was reading the last two chapters i realized that the tears are beginning to fell out of my eyes that lasted up until i finished the book. it was so sad for she has to die in the end after the husband gave her his other lungs to save her life and for them to be together longer even for just a short time, one true love. i got a heavy heart after reading it. i just can feel the hurt and the emotions of the characters in the book. oh well, the title of the book is Thousand Tomorrows and it made me cry. have you ever cried while reading a book? what was that book and what made you cry?

I do, I had experience several times crying while reading a book. I've read a book about a woman who met an accident and lost her both legs. She has having a hard time accepting what happen. It is just very sad but she was able to manage with the help of his family and friends. There are so many instances that I cried reading a book.

Hi Princess, I usually shy away from anything that would make me cry, whether it's a book or a movie. However there was this book that I was really so overwhelmed by emotions, that I cried ! - Tuesdays with Morrie by Mitch Alborn. It is about a man, who knew that he would be dying - but such a man of grace and humility, he tried to bring meaning into the lives of those he met in his last days. My brother had recommended this book to me; after reading it, I told him that I would not want to read another book that make me cry again.

Gosh! I'm such a cry baby, I even cry reading short stories or poem. Daddy of Daniele Steel made me bawled like a baby and of course there's For One More Day of Albom and Harry Potter (Deathly Hollows).

It happens to me quite often. I am easy to shed tears when I am reading the moving parts. I remember I had a cartoon book about a story of a dog. I cried every time when I read it. So later I dared not to read it again because I would cry badly. I love China

I have cried while reading a book. Pretty much anything Nicolas Sparks can have me weeping. How does one man write so amazing? I read alot of his books and think I only have 2 more books of his left. I can't say particularly which ones do it for me because all his books leave my eyes a little moist. :)

Three books have made me cry. To kill a mockingbird, when at the end Boo is thinking about his children Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire, when they are in the hospital wing at the end and dumbledore is arguing with fudge. And Deathly hallows, when dobby gets hurt!!!
