When I was younger I always had insomnia and it would take me hours at night to fall asleep,so during the summers and weekends I would stay up all night and sleep all day because that was the only way I could actually sleep, now that I am with my fiance I do not have as much trouble sleeping, even though we both prefer the night life and most of the time we stay up all night and sleep all day, because we can get more done at night.

I've had so many nights of either not getting to sleep or waking up during the night. My problem is if I can't get to sleep, I lay there and think about things. Sometimes I think "why can't I sleep, look at the time!" Then I worry about how late it is and when will I ever get to sleep. Did you try reading in bed? That usually helps me get groggy. Also watch what you eat for your night time snack. No chocolate or caffeine. You'll be awake forever then.

I do1 I'm not really an insomniac because I hit the bed around 12 or 1. If I go to sleep later than that then I can instantly catch my zzzzs. But I don't knw why I can't sleep a little earlier. SOmeimes I try to sleep after 10:30 but I can't fall asleep. I also can't sleep when it's noisy or when there are lights.

Yes I have some problems sleeping. It has gotten worse since I have been pregnant. I fall asleep quickly. I just don't stay asleep. No real pattern to it. It can be frustrating.

Hi. I have trouble making myself fall asleep. It usually takes me an hour or more to be asleep. So I tend to toss and turn and my mind wanders around a lot. It's annoying. What's more annoying is when during anytime of the day, you'll feel sleepy and you think to yourself for not going to sleep so at night you will fall asleep easier right? Nope, you will still find yourself wide awake for an hour after trying. And then to make it worst, well usually for me, I'd have a hard time waking up early. I'd get cranky for not getting enough sleep. I wonder if there is an explanation to this. :)
