I keep losing my signal all the time! It's so frustrating! I don't know what to do about it. I could take it to the repair center but I've lost the warranty card and I don't want to pay for a repair anyway. I'm bummed because I actually like my phone! WHat's worse is that I can't send messages to my friends when I want to and my phone makes calls on its own! So weird! What do you think I should do, buy a new one or have it repaired? Or just ignore the loss of signal from time to time?

Hi friend! How old is your cellphone if I may ask? I think the reliablity of cellphone usage is good for 5 years. Even if you use your cellphone with caution and its not overused for texting it will start malfunctioning as it reaches its 5th year. And even if you have it repaired still it will not be good for its optimum use again. I suggest if you can afford you better buy a new one. Ciao!

My cell is only under a year old! It's becoming better already though, but sometimes I still lose my signal. I don't think I've ever had a cell for 5 years?!! I can't remember actually. But cellphones are quite cheap nowadays I'm sure I can afford a new one. It's not like I'm pining after an iPhone anyway haha.

Yup! cellphones are cheaper now and there are stores who accepts trade ins. Maybe you can trade your old cellphone for a new one and pay only half its price.

Well there are a few things that come to mind in your situation. One how old is your phone? And two has it always done this? My husbands phone stopped working and we were told by our phone company that we could take it to the place we bought it (or another service center) and they will check it out, tell us whats wrong and if its not something that we did, or its undefinable as to what is wrond then we can get a new one free of charge and thats just what we did. There was not a fee and my husband got a new phone the same as it was before only this one works now. Good luck with your phone.

My cell's not even a year old. It will be come December this year. So it's a perfect time to get myself a new one, but as I said, I like this version a lot. I think the brand's not that reliable. Too bad it has great features! Thanks for your suggestion maybe I'll be as lucky when I bring it in!

My phone is a couple of years old now and I can't seem to part with it at all. It keeps malfunctioning and I have had it repaired several times now but I think it is close to its last legs. Funny thing is that when it goes funny these days I drop it and it comes good again! lol. It all comes down to the age of your phone I guess and if it is a year or so old I would suggest getting a new one rather then repeatedly repairing it. The repair costs add up after a while!

You should buy a new one, or maybe go first to the repair center and if the cost of repair is like more or just a little more and will cost you a new phone, then I suggest you just buy a new one

Well i suggest that you will let it repair to the repair shop. Pay the repair if not then you can buy a new one. YOu said you like your phone and then have it repair anyway you will not pay as big as the price of your phone right? Go my friend have it repaired!
