Why is it that beautiful girls are often on the front seat of the jeepney?

Really? I'm from Quezon city and I ride the jeep everyday. I don't really notice that beautiful girls are seated in the front. I myself prefer sitting at the back because I feel much more comfortable sitting there than in the front. I only sit on the front sometimes when I have a change or if there are no more seats at the back. I think its really up to the people where they want to sit. :)

i don't really know... probably they don't like the feeling of being sandwiched... hehehe

If that the case in Dumaguete, many jeepney drivers would be happy and will definitely enjoy their driving and profession. Here in Cavite, scene of a woman seating in the front seat is also very common. Maybe they are now more liberal and open minded and find more it more comfortable and enjoyable to ride a jeepney when you are seated at the front.

Hi Friend, You are good Observant,I also noticed that beautiful girls are always on the front seat.Mere in the Metro it is also happening,My opinion is that beautiful makes the driver happy and feels that he is the man of this beautiful girl.I'm just thinking that this drivers are so inspired to work seeing beautiful besides him

Maybe they are much comfortable on the back. I also noticed that the seat in front of jeepney is not large enough for a capacity of two but drivers always put two people there that's why they feel uncomfortable, or they must be wearing a skirt then in the front there is a stainless steel that could reflect and see their legs of other people without knowing

There must be a lot of beautiful women in your city. Here in Manila I mostly notice men always likes to ride in front. Girls also ride in front but I couldn't really tell if they're pretty judging from the backs of their heads.
