Amy Poehler is leaving SNL

I knew we would be without her soon because she's expecting her first child. Just didn't think this would be it for her. I just read an article that she's leaving and will be taking a break after the election. Then apparently she'll be working on an Office spin-off for next year. I'm really going to miss her. Her different characters have cracked me up over the years.
It's left me wondering if Seth Meyers is going to man the Weekend Update desk alone or if someone else is going to replace Amy. Should be interesting to see what happens.

I like Amy Poehler. She's one of those comedians that you just have to laugh every time she's on just by looking at her facial expression. I don't follow SNL regularly but I saw that skit with her portraying the son character from There will be Blood. She didn't have to say anything, it was just funny.
I haven't even thought of what's going to happen to Weekend Update. I enjoy that character that likes to read from newspapers and tries to give his opinion but it doesn't really make any sense because he doesn't finish his sentences at all.
