It's been a few year since I've done any clean up on my outlook inbox. I need to keep most of my mails as evidence, vendor's particulars and quotation. My folder has been growing 4 X lately and I'm stuck now on where to start the clean up.I've make several personal folder just to keep all this record.Sometimes this is slowing down my outlook's load time and somtimes it just stuck.I have to call help desk. The clean up process is very time consuming.Just hope my hard disk won't crash some of this day or else............. What do you think is the best way to manage emails?.

Why don't you resort to a webmail based account such as gmail? This wont slow your computer even if you have numerous emails in it. Another advantage is that you dont need to change your email address if you change your internet service provider. Gmail has a big storage capacity and you can leave all your emails there.

Hi Joe, I normally cear all my e-mails everyday, if you don't want to keep them I just delete them, if I don't save my e-mails, it gets wiped off in time. Tamara
