How to use Floxter?

Does anyone use Floxter? I am finding it quite difficult to figure out. How many pages do I have to rate before I gain a qualification and how do I then take part in paid work? I'm finding it to be an extremely difficult site to use!

It does seem quite difficult eh? As far as I can tell so far, I think you have to choose a subject to take part in, then complete 20 tasks in that workset before you qualify to get paid for it, then you have to search for work in that subject so you must qualify for each subject seperately....I think!
