the topic of discusion at mylot how carefully you choose?

I never choose any topic to start for a discussion just whatever comes to my mind.If ever it turned out that same topic has already been posted that means i never intend to duplicate it.

Well, for me, a lot of it for me, depends on the mood I am in, and what interest or discussion catches my eyes. There are certain topics I am always checking more than others, and it really does not matter a lot of the time when others have talked about it as well. We always have new members joining in here daily and becoming active in here daily, so why should it really matter as well? Unless someone comes in here and deliberately copies and pastes something, you never know what someone could be interested in talking about as well.

With so many members here we cannot avoid seeing duplication of the same topic but worded differently. It is impossible to know whether any particular topic has been posted here before but as long as it is not copied and paste, there shouldn't be any problem. We are not obligated to response to all discussions here. I would just post anything that comes to my mind without checking whether it has been previously discussed. I agree that sometimes the discussions are monotonous but we do not expect discussions are from a budding writer.

I just answer what caught my interests. But sometimes, even if it did not interests me, i still posts an answer. Just to help the person who started the thread. Because I want him or her to do the same. Help me with my threads. By posting their answers.

Friend this is a site where plenty of people express there experiences and feeling,clear there doubts,exchange there veiws,etc.May be it is possible to get same type of thought to two or more persons,it is not restricted and cannot say copy

i just do the more popular of the duplicates.. i wish mylot would combine them since its a pain in the butt having 10 of one subject!!

That's true! I saw many people making the same discussion every day, and they kept doing that. It is kinda annoying because it makes it hard for me to find the real good discussion because these discussion has drowned to the bottom of the list. I usually browse or look in the 'my interest' section rather than seeing the 'no response' or 'newest' lately because there are more and more new members who posted one or two lines meaningless discussion and always with similar topic. I never seen in the 'new user' section to avoid these topics LOL

I usually get my topics from my everyday life, I can think one when I am just sitting or when I am washing the dishes, but mostly I got my topic from the television, as for the topics that I respond too, well I have a lot of friends whos notification is on (like yours) and I try hard to answer all of them, but sometimes when the topic is out of interest (which is very very wide) I just let it pass.

hi, first of all i start with the discussions that my friends have started and i reply to those. then i go to the discussions from my interest. i do find a lot of discussions repeating most of the times. i get bored by looking into the same discussions again and again. i answer to those discussions which i feel like responding and also if it is interesting. happy mylotting!
