What is your best archievement on kg lost on your diet ???

Hi guys, juz to share on your archievement on your diet. i've been started my gym on march 2008 and until now i've been lost 10kg on my weight. what i do is to maintain my exercise & do concius on my food taken. i also like to read article about health nowdays .. does it goood ya

Good for you! A few years ago I decided to concentrate on my eating habits and lost around 27 kilograms. I didn't actually include exercise at the time but over a 3 - 4 month period I ate 6 smaller meals a day and watched my fat and sugar intake closely. The weight pretty much fell off me! I have put back on a little of the weight since then but weigh nowehere near as much as I once did thankfully. I wish you all the best with your diet and hope it continues to go well. 10 Kilograms is a great start!

Hi dear Reducing 10 kgs is really good Well, i am not much into physical exercise but i do take care of my weight and good thing about it is that Its Stable since last 10 yrs Vary between 74-78kg Take care

last year, i exercised for 20 minutes everyday for a month and i lost about 5 kg within that time. i didn't change my eating habits and still do my normal activities. but when i went home for the holidays, everything just plummeted. i don't exercise anymore so i gained about 3 kg. some exercise huh! :D

I have been lost 5kg on my weight by controlling/reducing my diet with more walking than before starting from April of this year, because I know too many foods and less exercises every day made me fat before. Now I am going on that and I believe I will success.

That's a great health achievement you've done, keep it up and hope you'll not feel tired of doing it. I don't need to lose my wieght coz im so lucky enough, even how much i've eaten i never get bigger so i just maintained my wieght and make myself sexy lolz.
