tips please.. :(

hi! ok, im 5 feet tall, yeah a short one, and i weigh 70kg. i used to be slim and luckily gifted with, you know, the chest, and buttocks, and a very slim waist. and then i got fat and im having troubles with what to do. i used to be a dancer in school, and when i started college i didnt join a club. i also have asthma, so i cant do very tiring exercises. i have ulcer so i dont know what kind of diet i should follow. do you guys have any idea that can help me?

Eating a lot of vitamin to increase your body immune system, and get a running exercises, beside it can reduce your body fat, this will help with your asthma problems, because by running you're increasing your heart thoracic, so if your asthma attack, you already have a better breath than before ... Hopes help

hi! yeah, im into running. besides swimming, i helps me with my asthma. but i never thought of vitamins or supplements.. :) thanks.. :)

first thing you have to do is find out why you have reached that weight of yours..what made you fat..is it the food intake?the daily routines?like sitting for long hours..this is what you should try to find out first...secondly take action...you said that you cannot do rigorous exercises..a simple walk for 30 minutes should do the trick and if you eat many foods then its time you cut on it...but if you said your health is a complicated one..first and foremost visit a doctor and ask for advise...i hope you achieve your goal.

thanks for the response. :) yeah, i have a problematic health. as for what made me fat..? yeah, i know its because i really love junk foods and sodas. i cut on them already. :) and you are right, i do sit for long hours because i have two fulltime home based jobs. yeah, maybe i should consider visiting a doctor first. :) thanks..

Well try to eat lesser meat and go to gym for a month yea , i believe you will get slim down in no time yea .
