plz help..i'm getting married in 25 days...

hello people... i will be getting married in 25 days.. and i want to loose atleat 5 kgs...esp from the hip area... plz help and give me some useful tips... plz do not give and excessive excersize tips... coz i have some problem in my joints

then my suggestion it so simply suck on lemons and drink water with red pepper in it and don't eat anything else at all. You'll lose the weight. But you'll definetally gain it back and then some after the wedding. My Real suggestion is to not do anything, because your husband already loves you for who you are.

The only thing I can think of is really look at what you're eating. Another tip is: I started weight watchers three weeks ago and lost already 2,1kg. It's not the 5 you want to loose, but it's a start. I hope you get there. Have a nice day

CONGRATS, how about veggies. try to topple down on your calories. Okra is some kind of jelly like taste, but to throw those toxic out of your tummy, try 6 steam okras once a day (preferably lunch) no seasoning, cut your rice 1/2, no soft drinks, water 8-10 glass of water, a morning & evening milk, no sugar. do this for a week, in 3 days you find no result. Stop.
