Do you notice that people here prefer to talk about cat than dog?

I noticed that I would see new cat topics almost every time I log in. But I only see new dog topics once. Is it just me or it's true that people would prefer to talk about cat than dog? Why is it?

Yeah I have to agree with you on this one. There really are more cat topics than dogs and there are more people who are interested in cats than dogs. Though dogs are nice too and they are extremely loyal and can get a bit silly at times, I guess it just depends on the dog's individual personalities. I think cats are more talked about because they do 'scandalous' things.LOL! I only meant that they are very curious. They can go wherever they like without being noticed. Do things that people around them didnt know they were doing. Can be a bolt of lightning when feeling kooky. But they can also be as tame and sweet as angels, only to pounce a minute later. I guess cats are more unpredictable than dogs and they dont have a care as to what they might do wrong. Sometimes its just too adorable and even when they do something that would make their owners angry, just one look at that cute furry face and they're sold. But then again, thats just what I think.^_^

Will maybe its because cats more cute hogable and can carry them easy compare to dogs that is chained and always at your side. While cats carry by their boss most often. When I hear cat calling their master its not noisy compare to dogs barking its sound too noisy and loud. If you let me chose between dogs and cats I chose dogs. Because they have instinct to protect you and they love to play with humans. Always listening for their master. They very loyalty as well.
