The kids in the tv commercial were taught by the dentist to brush their teeth three times a day after meals. The toothpaste and toothbrush advertisement/s that we see in public places everywhere advises us to use their products to whiten our teeth by brushing regularly. Since we are the busiest people around, I wonder if some of you have time for brushing your teeth. I brush my teeth regularly when I am at work, but sometimes I skip the habit of brushing my teeth when I'm very pre-occupied doing my work. Sometimes once or twice a day, but regularly I do it especially that I'm meeting someone, or going to a friendly date. How often do you brush your teeth?

I do brush my teeth every after meal, that would be thrice of four times a day. We should brush our teeth every after meals specially if your viand is a fish. The smell will really stick, not until you have brushed your teeth. Have a nice day!

I brushed my teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I also floss my teeth daily and visit the dentist every few months.

I brush my teeth without fail minimum twice a day. I think it is important to keep your teeth clean as once they go they do not come back and also toothache is one of the worst pains "excepting childbirth" anyone can have. The only thing I would add is that when brushing your teeth do not do it aggressively as this will damage your gums and once your gums are damaged it does not matter how good your teeth you will lose them. being busy should not deter you form hygiene in any form as if we become lazy in ourselves we become lazy in life. no one wants to talk to someone who has bad breath or body odour so please consider others if you can not consider yourself :)

Yes that is true, to the point of losing all your teeth you will have to visit a dentist and ask for a teeth and gum remodelling to replace your missing teeth. Bad breath is due to germs accumulating in our taste buds that are often ignored from brushing and of course, decayed teeth that are not yet removed or have it replaced by an artificial tooth enamel.

I really only brush my teeth twice a day. Once in the morning and again at night. It works for me, along with flossing!
