Why are drinking fountains located near the girls' comfort room?

I am already a third year college student in Silliman University but I just recently realized that the drinking fountains are always located near the girls' CR.
Is it fair for the boys?

I havent really thought about it that much,friend. But look on the bright side! What a great excuse to spy on what you crush/girlfriend are doing or talking about in the C.R. (i'm a sillimanian myself and am quite familiar with the campus). When she catches you lookinga t here, you can always pretend to drink. Cheers!
