mylot disable our account if we violate TOS

hello friends is it my lot disable our account if we violate TOS because today i there was reduce my balance in my account when ask in post all the mylotters said that it is due to violating the TOS of mylot then tell me they will disable our account if we do that more times.

I never violated it but they disabled my original account serveral months ago with out giving me any kind of reason for it!
