How/what do I feed my dog!

We have one very sick dog! She has walking pneumonia and worms. The problem is we are having a major problem getting and keeping her meds down her. The antibiotics are pills so thats a hand down throat (she threw it up last night!) and the worm meds should be added to food (she isn't eating anything at all!). She is an adorable dog beautiful temperament and we would both be heartbroken if anything happens to her. She is drinking a little water but other than that her breathing sounds terrible and she is definitely SICK! Anyone got any suggestions for tempting her to eat a little something to get her meds down her as she wont get better without them. She is going back to the vet this afternoon and I'm frightened what he will say.
