How many times do you eat in a day?

I eat at least 3 major meals and 2 snacks.This is the practice in my country that's why I do the same...I would like to remove the latter ones but it's quite difficult to do so. How about you? How many times do you eat in a day?

Generally i eat lunch, dinner and one snack, but lately the last week or so, i feel like i cant stop eating, not sure what is sgoing on but its non stop. I am trying my best to fight the urges so im not eating so much, but yikes its rough.

I have 3 major meals a day too. Sometime i will have tea break in my office.
I will have oat meal for breakfast, and normal dishes for lunch and dinner. Most of the time i will bring lunch form home to office. I prefer home cook much more.

It depends. I live alone, so some days I tend to nibble all day instead of cooking and eating a real meal. When I have somebody over for a meal, then I cook enough for a few days and have more regular meals. On those days, I usually eat three times a day with a snack in mid afternoon.

It depends on the day, if I'm working I'll keep a snack and a small lunch and then when I get home have a good size dinner. Or if it's a non work day I'll usually veg out a lot more and enjoy it since I know when I go back to work, it's back to a schedule of only eating when it's break time.

hi there sometimes like this week i have been skipping a lot of meals due to be being extreemly busy so i hvae been snacking a lot
i do like to eat 3 main meals a day and always make sure that my children have these but sometimes i miss my meals

Generally, I eat breakfat, lunch, and dinner, with a little snack around 3:00 pm.
