Do you sleep with a night light or darkness

I sleep with the light dimer sometimes on the second the last numb it helps me sleep easy at times

The light - Light
Presently for about a year I am sleeping without any Night lamp.Previously I used to sleep with a night light on.

i prefer with complete darkness,although it doesn't matter to me if i have to turn the light on if my friends spends the night and wanted it on.(maybe they're scared i might do something goofy)=)
