As most know I had Savanna on Sunday but for those who dont know. I had my little girl on Sunday at 854 am. It went so fast i couldnt get anything for the pain so it was not fun but thankfully it was very fast we got to the hospitol at 745am. She is a big girl weighing in at 8 lbs 13 ounces ans 20 3/4 inches. Savanna is healthy and a nice calm baby so far (i got lucky). As for me well im doing well in pain after the surgery (tubes tied) but so releived not to be pregnant.
I want to thank everyone for there congrats and everything. I have read all the responses and comments but im sure everyone understands why im not responding to each lol. I hope to be back to Mylot soon but for now i need to rest and hug my angel for everyone on Mylot im gonna be hugging and kissing for a long time.

Oh minnie she is gorgeous and the look on her face she looks as if she is saying that she knows just how special she is. Congrats to you shes a little, not so little actually, treasure.
My girl came fast too and I did not really have time to get pain relief, man I will never forget that pain ever! Well take it easy and enjoy your little girl shes lovely. I think I may have said that a few times already!!

I'm so glad for you. And for Grandpa Bob too! I'm sure Savanna is lighting everything up for everyone right now. I hope people make sure you rest, lest anyone forget having a baby is painful and strenuous no matter how long labor lasts. Thanks for keeping us all updated.

This is really good advice, AmbiePam. Minnie still needs lots of rest. I'll never forget my birth experience, and my daughter's seventeen now. What you've mentioned here, is so true.

Hi friends,
Well congratulations. She is absolutely beautiful. I hope you and your family enjoy your time together. And hey guys, don't forget about mom too. I found that often happened. I've had three children. It seems after the baby comes, you kind of disappear.
So don't forget mama.

O goody! Baby pics!! You're excused from all current mylotting assignments as kissing and hugging Savanna is so waay more important.. as is rest!

P.S. the best baby advice I ever got is when I had my first, my sister in law said all babies need a hundred kisses a day.. like a prescription.. I've always found it to be very true!

Oh Minnie, I am so happy that you have your baby girl wih you, and that its all over with. Your dad posted some pics, she is beautiful. She is a big girl and it looks like she has a set of lungs on her. I bet the boys are in love, they will spoil her. You dad was on cloud nine too, I am sure your momma is too. Take care, get plenty of rest, we all will be here when you get time. Having and taking care of a baby is hard work, and then recovering from surgery too. Get plenty of rest.

Congratulations on your new baby girl! I bet it feels so much better to not be pregnant anymore! The last couple of months are always pretty tough on me. Not to mention being anxious to meet the bundle of joy! How are her brothers with her?

congratualtions and dont worry, right now you need to rest and take care of little savannah. in no time soon you will be back on mylot teling all the little wonderfuls things savannah is doing and learning. my second pregnancy went like too it went so fast i was just happy for her to be out lol. but reest is the key so get lotsss of it ok.... again congrats on little savanah.....

Glad you are doing well! I know I might be nuts, but I hate needles SO MUCH that I actually plan on saying no to that stuff, am I nuts? I've had anxiety attacks before when I was at the hospital and they left the IV in me too long... but I *think* I might be able to handle an IV, but not the thing that goes in your back.
Anyway, it sounds like you survived it without that so it's good to know it is possible :)

Yeah i was unsure if i wanted a needle in my back but i decided the pain was gonna be too much but it turned out to go to fast. If it had not gone as fast i dont know that i could have done it lol. Oh and thank you very much i dont always feel that pretty right now so its nice to hear that i still look good.

I'm so sorry for coming in so late. Well, many-many congratulations for the baby. How she is now ? I hope she must have become even nicer by now. I think, she might have started sitting, or may be standing by now.
I'm also a mother of two small kids and I understand how it feels to be mother.

She is beautiful. I am glad everything went well and that you were able to check in. I know you will be busy for a while getting into your routine. I know you will be back on when you can. In the meantime give Savanna a hug for me and take care of yourself!

Congratulations! I did send out my first round of congrats to Grandpa Bob (who seemed like he was about to burst).
Savanna is so cute...and I'm sure she is going to be spoilt rotten (and Grandpa Bob is not going to be the only one doing it!).
I know you might not be able to reply to every post.
Take rest and enjoy time with your baby...and do give her our hugs and kisses:)

Well, congratulations. I had a discussion with an online friend recently who said she didn't feel women were given enough respect. Both mom and dad get the same "Congratulations" at the birth of the baby but one had a far more extensive role! :)

Hi Minnie!Congratulations for having an a new angel in your life.She is such a blessing.I remember when i had my daughter,i could never express the happiness i feel until now that she is already grown.I really love her and so proud of her.I hope you got alot of rest.I know how hard to deliver a baby.Take care always and kiss me to your little girl.
