Hello,Mimi! I am addicted to green tea as tea cures many diseases. If you are cold, tea will warm you.If you are too heated,it will cool you.If you are depressed,it will cheer you.If you are excited,it will calm you.Research has shown that antioxidants found in tea can help in reducing cardiovascular diseases, prevent cancer and improve the immune system.Studies have also shown that tea relieves stress.Sipping tea slowly and reverently can alleviate tension.Green tea boosts metabolism. So I drink green tea daily five to six times a day.thanx.

I usually prefer to drink coffee rather than tea. Any blend is okay with me. I usually drink coffee in the morning only. I don't really like to drink tea so coffee is for me.

I enjoy both, but I tend to drink more coffee than tea. I am trying to drink more green tea now. I am not sure how that is working.

I enjoy TEA mainly. Unsweet tea, usually Lipton, but have had others. I also love hot green tea, and at a favorite chinese restraunt I love their Jasimine tea, hot of course. I do drink coffee but not that often anymore Lipton makes a Green Tea thats pretty good.
