What do you class as a "gadget"?

Simple question. But what limitations do you impose on what you call a "gadget"? Size? Does it have to run on electricity? Does it have to be useful? or whatever... I'm pretty lose using the term myself, I use it for alot of things.

I think gadget is a small, well designed and newfangled electronic device. they are expensive too! not too much useful but funny!!

Gadgets means the things that gives us more output in less time with good look and yes size should be as much small as possible i gave listed many gadgets on my blog www.thetech24.blogspot.com Plz visit and write comments

Well, I use the term in reference to things that use electricity. O: Thats it. iPod, laptop, digicam. Those are gadgets for meee. ^^;
