Whe does Ciao credits for your review?

Hi Myloters, Yesterday I was so happy because I placed my second review in chow and the rating I got was excellent for th review I made. I check this morning and chow have not put a credit yet on my account. Does anybody know how and when they credit reviews? Thanks Myloters. Any response would be much appreciated. Happy Myloting
