Have you ever thought of letting go of your restraints that you have on your mind. I did once the weird thing was that as soon I let it go I started getting scared, paranoid I thought that something in the dark was coming after me and I also started hear little noises, I guess that since I wasn't ignoring it just scared me then I started to see little things everywhere like garden numbs and fuzzy little little ppl (like fairies that don't fly and gave off a very cold feeling) it took a while just to get it stop and it took even longer just to go to sleep and i still thought of it. So has any body done that or will you ever do it just to try it out. I might do it again just to get a better understanding on how my brain works but know or later, maybe in two months.

I have done this several times. However, I have not had the same results as you. I never scared myself with what my mind did. I never saw anything unusual that I didn't expect, or even want, to see. I think basically what happens when you allow your mind to wander freely without caging it in, is that you tend to let loose those fears you hold inside your subconscious. This is not necessarily a bad thing because in the long run you then face your deepest fears and learn how to not be afraid of things. Imagination can be a wonderful thing at times, but sometimes it can also be fearsome. Your subconscious is controlled unknowingly by you, but when you allow it to break free, if you have something hidden there you are bound to see it.

So in order to conquer my true fears i would have to let it go, face it while forcing it out since i soon i let it go i start getting even more scared. Then I would need learn to free my subconscious again since i forced my self to forget.
