What all do you think about the President's speech about our economy heading towards a recession? I personally think that George Bush brought this hard economic times on him due to the war in the Middle East and the constant bail out of large companies, leaving little money to help out low and middle class families and individuals. I think if he would have withdrew our troops at least a year ago we wouldn't be in such turmoil. What do you all think?

I think it was one of his best speeches he ever gave he never once stumble over his words as he usually do...I believe that if congress don't do what is needed to help our ailing economy all we can look forward to is the soup lines because that's where we are headed if they congress do nothing...I wish we was heading toward a recession its far better than a depression...the war in Iraq didn't have much to do with what we are facing right now it plain and simple it was the greed and corruption that did it...

well personally , all I heard him say , was, things are tough these are tough times see. I think things are tough and it will not be pretty. I never really thought he made much sense . He is a joke and I can not wait to see him out of office. I also hate to say that Palin , although I am a professional woman myself , and I think strong woman are extraordinary. She is the female version of our current Bush. I listened to some of her conversations, she does not make any sense at all . Sigh , I hope others see she isn't fit for a VP seat .
