Is George W. Bush Jr. the worst president ever?

On the dutch site 'vrijspreker.nl' came an article out over the reasons why bush was the worst president ever. I must say I don't think he was! The thing was in the era of George Bush, that he had the worst scenarios, for being the president on that time! 9/11, financial crisis, afgahnistan, iraq. I think he was a great president (not as great as roosevelt, lincoln, franklin ofcourse), due to all the circumstances he has been through as the president, and he has reacted great on all these things! He has done a great job, and it's ofcourse time to welcome soon the new President! But no one should forget that George Bush did great things for the USA!

bush is the worst president...attack country without concrete reason,economy dump each year...making trouble to the world...when russia attack georgie,bush claim russia is a terrorist,but did he ever think that what he do to afgannistan n iraq???his father(another bush) attack and lose in vietnam...???

What everyone is constantly doing is comparing presidents to see "who is good or bad" and you can't be doing that. History, times, people, events, the whole confounded world changes over the decades and centurys. Presidents every decade have to deal with things never before dealt with, never before an issue, never before a problem. Then they have to deal with people who are constantly changing to - and tons more people every decade putting intheir 2 cents and the progression of the economy, money funds, world issues and more.... there is no way you can compare a president of today with a president of the past - even if it was just last term president. To many things change, tomany people change to many events, happenings and plain and simple - life moves on.
Things change and you know what happens. Comparision is just a great way for the media and others to down grade someone. How often do you ever hear anyone say "he's as great as ________ was". But you are constantly hearing "He is not as good as ____________ or "____________ was better than he is". OR "why can't he do like ____________ did?" Well. most likely because_____________ didn't have to deal with what this guy is not haveing to deal with. Things were not as complicated back then as they are now.

Americans are suffering another Great Depression, and an era of special interests' gains to our detriment. We can't blame it entirely on George Bush, but his lack of leadership and his duplicity have made it all much worse than it would have been if he were not the worst president of all time. At this point, I honestly fear for the future of our nation.
