i did watch it. i guess obama won the first. i thought mccain repeated himself too much. i also got tired of him saying obama just didn't understand. if i was going to vote tomorrow wouldn't know who to vote for.

Well, not surprisingly I'm in the minority here, but I think Obama won handily. Not only on substance but even more noticeable was McCain's inability or unwillingness to even look at Obama at all, never mind looking him in the eye. I was taught as a very young girl that when someone can't look you in the eye they're probably not being truthful.

I watched a little bit of it, probably 30 minutes or so. I'm voting for McCain... these debates won't change my mind.
