Microsoft Frontpage is very friendly, very easy, and pretty easy to learn and use.

Frontpage is not a free program though the one I mentioned is free. If I am not mistaken Microsoft is no longer producing Frontpage either.

Well I personally use Flash to create web sites cuz it has more possibilites than usual HTML and plus the design looks better. But if you don't have any knowledge about creating web sites than try out Microsoft Office Frontpage, that's for real beginners.

Alot of web hosting services have website builders that come with the hosting packages. Some of them have drag and drop programs to add picturess to your web site. The web site builders are easy to use these days as coding and programing isn't required.

I usually make websites by using adobe dreamweaver because for me it is more user friendly. You can make anything using that software and being creative with the help of the features that you can find there. Even you can collaborate your website in dreamweaver with another application like, adobe flash or photoshop and imageready. Good luck in making your website pimagro24

If you are a true beginner, I would recommend Microsoft FrontPage, it is part of the Microsoft Office suite of older years. If by any chance you have the latest version of MS Office, you can resort to using Microsoft Word. I grew up with FrontPage and then jumped to Adobe Dreamweaver, the program for professionals, although it can be quite easy to use as well. Good luck!
