Me too! As long as you do not send or receive more than $400 in each month there are no fees.

Well you asked a question I didn't think of. I am pretty sure about the fund sender won't be charged or in other words, sending money to other Alert Pay account is totally free. I have not sent any fund to other account before, so, I do not know wether 1 cent is allowed. But according to the fee table here, if the receiver who are using the business or personal account, he will be charged at least 25 cents and transfer rate of 2.5 percent. So, I don't think transfer of 1 cent would be allowed. Therefore, I think they allow only at least $1 minimum for the transfer.

That's why Paypal is better than Alertpay. I think paypal allow the transfer of less than $1. Ya, as long as you don't upgrade your free Alertpay account, you won't be charged any fee. But the amount you could receive is limited. Paypal is the same too. The best part of paypal is, transfer fund to and fro bank account is free!

I don't believe there are any fees to send or receive money, but there is a .50 fee if you want to withdraw money to your bank account.
