have you received an email asking someone to add you to their list?

I received an email that asked me to add my paypal email addy to their address and make 3 paymentsof 1.00 to each name already on the list and then take the 1st name off move this list up and add my name. I was thinking about doing this but then i thought about it it sounds kind of like a scam. And then it requests that you post the email in forums or other money making sites to get people to join. I mean if you think about it we waste $3 daily on junk so why not try it and see if it works...What do u think??
