Xls to xml?

Dear friends! i need to file the income tax through online. Incometax website allow only xml format for e-filing. but i have workout with excel file. how can i covert this file to xml? which software will done this job? please help me! if i delay to file i am able to pay penalty of Indian Rs 1,00,000/-.

Well...You have an option of converting the xls file content to xml format...You can just type in xml in the Help section and you will get the necessary steps.This should do the job for you,unless you need the xml format with specific tags and format.In that case probably you need to program it.
