What could make you change your mind when you have arrived at a decision?

It is difficult to generalise this question. A change of decision will be due to different reasons, depending upon the nature of the decision and importance of the decision. Yes, you are right, sometimes, decisions are changed at the last moment, because you do not want to hurt someone special or you are forced to change your decision. However, once I take a decision, I do not repent, because I believe - "It is better to take a decision, than not to take a decision".

I always wants whats best not only for me but also for my family. Sometimes, choosing the best decision is very complicated. And there's so many options to choose from. But as they say, there's no right or wrong in your decision making. There's always consequences of your actions. And if I change my mind about something, I am always ready to face the result of my actions.

honestly, once i have decided i am always firm with my decision. i stand by it. i do... except maybe for this one decision i was set out to do just recently... i think i can or might change my mind because of a weakness i have. i wish i can get over this. i really need to.

My wife has a way of making me see her point of view. I don't know how she does it, but she makes me change my mind a lot. Also the kids. I will make a decision about a punishment, or I will tell them they can't do something, then I will feel guilty about it, and change my mind.
