Is it worth crying over spilt milk? I don't think there is any point. Yet most of us do cry.We grieve that a relationship is over.We grieve that we have lost a fortune. We feel bad when someone does nto do as we expected. We have o learn to get over such set backs and learn to move on in life. Life moves forward not backward, nor tarries with yeterday.

You're definitely right but of course it's only natural that we cry after every heartache or problem we have encountered. That's just human nature. I for one do that because im a woman and women tend to be more emotional. But you're definitely right in saying that after a while we should move on with our lives and leave the past behind. Only then will we learn to live again.

We need to cry out the pain. We can't hold it in. Yes, there is no sense to cry over spilled milk but it is natural for human being to cry. IF you don't let it out, you'll develop what you call "HEART ailment". Better cry than have a stroke.

Well there's nothing wrong in crying over it for as long as you don't get paralyzed by that event and prevent yourself from moving on. At first it would really hurt a lot that is why crying is the first instinct that every person usually befell. These are normal reaction for anything that is hurt, brokenhearted. Crying can help you actually get over the pain it is just that sometimes people tend to become more attached to it and make it their comfort zones in life which then becomes wrong.

I think their is nothing wrong crying or release the pain first, but only for a while. But let you realiazed with the mistakes. Anyway life has to go on and spread your wings high. The wounds will heal in time. Pains makes us stronger in life. When we stuble down we learned to stand up fast or gradually. Even we close our eyes we still have to open it. Life has to go on and on. Have a nice day!

personally, if i still feel the pain of my past, i still cry, it is the best remedy for me to face the truth, that things will never be the same again because of some situation that happened before..crying makes me feel good, makes my heart lighter because i already poured out everything from my soul..and after that, my mind becomes clearer and my spirit becomes more lighter..crying is one of the most effective ways of leaving the past behind, and facing the future with a smile..
