do you give alms to beggars?why or why not?

i used to give alms to people who are living in the streets.but recently,when the anti-mendicancy law was approved,i try to avoid giving as i might be sanctioned.before when i still do that,i used to give food instead of money.and i only choose whom to give alms.coz there are those who are only pretending to be one.how bout you? happy mylotting!

Yes Eiram better give food than money. I've experienced giving money to street children before then later on I see them gambling with the money they got from alms. I was terribly disgusted and from then on I never give money to them. There is also a syndicate that scatters people around and this is their business so we must beware. You will notice beggars flooding the city during Christmas season. Don't you ever wonder why? I've seen one bus unloading them one time and with that I've confirmed that they belong to a syndicate. So we have to be very careful about giving alms in the street.

i've also heard of news about the syndicate using children to beg for money in the streets.i pity the children but i also don't want to give money to the syndicate,so i think it's better to stop giving so that the bad guys will stop as well.thanks for sharing!
