Would you schedule a meeting to let your boss know how you felt? Would you quit your job? Just interested in hearing everyone's opinion on how they would handle this situation.

I think the best route would be to discuss it with your boss. Don't be defensive, but be prepared for a lot of criticism. If you're planning on filing further charges ie: discrimination etc. then you need to let them know first of your concerns. And be sure to document everything.

I cannot give tips i guess. because, my actions are different & you cannot use it in your office. I get angry very quickly. I am hardworker but, i am dont like when someone talk something differently or puts pressure on me. Once one of my manager came to me when i was just 3 month back joined employee & said what the hell are you doing. I shouted loudly back to him saying if this is the hell who are you here ? we both are working for the company & I am not the slave working under you. from that he never talks to me. I give him every report clearly & i work harder & i finish my work faster than any one. few days back he has said to my friends that I work hard & good its good for company & also he said that I cant hold my tongue or what is the problem for me having with him.
