Buxybux scam?

I joined Buxybux a while ago when the payout was 50 cents. I got 5 referrals who have helped me reached my payout. I requested my payout and it is STILL pending after almost a week. The next day when I checked the site to see if they paid me, the payout was $1!! Now, I didn't panic as my payment was still 50 cents and at pending. Then I reached the new payout and I have STILL NOT received my payment. Anyone else thinking this site is a scam or is it just me in my situation?

Not very much sure it is scam or not.
but reviews says that it is a scam.
some times i'm not able to access the site.
