TIMESHARE:OWNER BOARD CONFLICT

June 1, 2006 7:19pm CST
NOW THAT I HAVE BOUGHT-I FIND THAT OWNERS HAVE NO SAY IN WHAT WE HAVE OR ARE CHARGED FOR FEES YEARLY OR SPECIAL ASESSMENTS. NATURALLY THE BOARD WILL VOTE HIGHER PRICES AS THEIR RAISES AND PROFITS. HUGE INCREASES,GOOGING ACTUALLY,CAN CAUSE A STAMPEDE TO SELL. THIS IS AT A loss TO OWNERS ONLY. IF THE FEES ARE TO RENOVATE THE RESORT IN TURN HAS NEW UNITS TO SELL FROM DEFAULTS ALL OVER AT THEIR HIGH PRICES. JUST WHAT CAN OWNERS DO-OFTEN THE BOARD REFUSES TO HAND OVER A LIST OF OTHER OWNERS. COULD THIS ACTUALLY BE UNDER FRAUD-THEY SELL WITH LOW ASSESSMENTS AND THEN RAISE THEM. TIMESHARE WAS ONCE BENEFICIAL FOR DEVELOPER AND OWNER. WITH RUN AWAY ANNUAL PRICES(LIKE ($950 FOR STD. TWO BEDROOM) IT WOULD NEVER BEHOOVE TO PURCHASE.HOW ABOUT $1470 FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AT SAME TIME?? IS THIS A POSSIBLE CLASS ACTION SITUATION?
