I have experienced living in both worlds and I should say I recommend both places for different kinds of people. without the other, you won't be able to appreciate the beauty and benefit of the other. For example, if I would live in my native village, I would have the knowledge of the ins and outs of fashion and electronics in the metro, which is very much important to me. On the other hand, if I would be in the city, I would be able to have the experience of waking up in the morning breathing fresh cold air with almost zero pollution...lol things have a check and balance and everything I should say live in harmony. without the other, the other will not exist or will become meaningless. So if you will make me choose between the busy road of makati and the quiet peaceful place of Iligan city...I would choose to be in both places from time to time... that way, I can appreciate all the wonders that both of them can make in my experience...come on life is short so let's try something new each time we are being given the chance! Very nice topic you have here vimaal!! To all, happy mylotting! :)

I kid of like them both because in the city life there are thing in the city that you would not see in the village. There things in the village you can't get in the city so thats kind of why I like both and not just one.

Oh yea! I live in a big city. Love all the advantages they offer here places to go things to see. Small towns are ok but every one knows your business1

I live in city but I prefer the village life. In fact if I get a few days holiday from work I go to a nearby village to spend my holidays. It is nice to be able to enjoy nature...something we do not get to see in the city. Its nice to be sometimes away from polution.

Hi vimaal, I don't like the city lif as its too noisey and too many people around, I like the country like where is so quiet and peaceful and not much traffic around and the people are friendley. Tamara

hello vimaal It's been a while since I've been here, I have been very busy and I just wanted to let you know that I was not ignoring you. I live outside the city, I would love to live in the country, I just like the idea that you can see all the star at night. Here you can only see a couple of them.

Hello,Vimaal! I have never lived in village. All through my life I have been living in the city.So I have no liking for village life.In villages people live in miserable condition. There is no roads connectivity,no educational or health facilities, no drinking water is provided to the people. There is no marketing facilities. In other words no facilities is available in a village. But in my city everything is available. So life in a city is quite enjoyable.thanx.

I love living in a small town. I lived in the city for a little while and it just didn't seem to work for me. Small town life seems to be so much better, it's so slow and just easy going. People in small towns are quick to support each other no matter what they are going through.

I live in a small town in southern United States, and I love it everyone here is nice and friendly I have great neighbors, it is just plain country living I don't like the city life. Small towns do have their down falls, we are at a lost now for jobs they are hard to find. Everything here is closing down. A new company is here now and building and suppose to start employment in the year 2009 and bring a lot of jobs. The company is Kia (automotive). They are bringing suppliers to the area too. It is good for the younger generation. I am waiting on my retirement.

i live in a small town maybe 10 thousand population-its nice but not too much here-no cinemas-no public pool-no malls-we have all these things about 20 minutes away so its not too bad-its a quiet life-everyone is friendly but not too many employment opportunities especially if you don't drive
